⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was interested in making San Paseo my next home, and after touring the community, I can honestly say I was impressed. We had the pleasure of meeting with Jesus Carballo, who gave us a wonderful tour of the property. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and professional. Please make sure to lock your car doors. Because the front gate has not been working consistently, there have been ongoing reports of individuals who do not live in the community entering the parking lot and checking or going through residents' vehicles. From what I've heard, this has been happening for some time, but residents have not been formally notified by San Paseo management. THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN KNIW HOW TO SPELL LUXURY — what a joke Do you enjoy sleeping past 7 AM? You never will here. Staff is slow to respond and don’t care. if you live here won’t worry about it ever sleeping in. As the low class establishment will run power tools and dirty polluting 2 stroke motors with awful clouds of black smoke and INSANE noise. They’ll run that outside your window every morning at 7 am.
Ethan was great. San Paseo was out of my price range, but he sent me a link for their other properties and I got in and I move in on 8/11. It is what I was looking for and in the perfect area. I’m so excited!!
