Ethan is absolutely amazing Update: after actually having to deal with everything, Ive lowered to 4 stars. I hate this because this is solely the applications teams fault. The actual San paseo team is amazing and helping me through this but the applications team doesn't seem to care about us at all. I keep receiving emails from different people and have spoke with 7 different people when I should have never been emailed from them in the first place.
