They were great and always nice and ready to serve you when you walked through the front door. Management is really lacking customer service, it is a shame that you can not call the office and talk to anyone. They claim to be busy, but if you look through the windows they are not on the phone and should be able to answer instead of looking at the phone and deciding who to answer for and who not to. Forget it if you need a ADA reasonable accommodation as they will not allow that nor will they let you speak to anyone at corporate, you always talk to another property manager. What a crap hole... this is the worst place ever to live dirty nasty not well-maintained at all Poor management and cheaply built. $1600 a month for a one bedroom with dogs barking the neighbors loud and all the amenities are closed until further notice including trash pick up apparently because somebody’s afraid of getting the flu maybe they should hire somebody to disinfect and clean the fitness center and amenities instead of closing everything

Great management. Leasing office staff and leadership always very helpful and kind. Maintenance requests are fulfilled expediently.
watch out carefully when you move out because this new management will find a way to rip you off.
