I am holding 4-5 stars hostage until the absolute paint job in the men's gym bathroom is cleaned up. It has been this way for four days, guys. Let's figure it out. Edit: Got it figured out in 5 days. San Palmas is probably the best value in the greater Phoenix area. The gym is larger than most token apartment facilities, and the clubhouse is also excellent. Terrible management all the way lived there for years ac was broken and they never fixed it and still wanted to charge me don’t live there
We have lived here for a two years now and it is our favorites apartment we have had in Chandler! The staff does a great job, and Kelsey in particular was very patient and helpful during our move in process. The staff is attentive and problems are addressed when they arise, we couldn’t be happier with our decision!
