We have lived here for a three years now and it is our favorites apartment we have had in Chandler! The staff does a great job, and Kelsey in particular was very patient and helpful during our move in process. The new manager so helpful and so friendly, The staff is attentive and problems are addressed when they arise, we couldn’t be happier with our decision! Highly recommended Audai Alkader
Editing on 10/06 to 1 ⭐ as serious safety issue. Wheels & tire is stolen from my Parking lot. I moved into San Palmas at the end of July, and overall, my move-in experience was smooth. Mady & Masuka was very helpful to process the application faster. The community itself is nice and offers several good amenities, including the pool, gym, clubhouse, covered parking, walkways, and courtyard. Solía ser un excelente lugar para vivir, nos sentíamos seguros por ser un vecindario cerrado, el cual definitivamente ofrecía el servicio de lujo que promocionan. Últimamente ha dejado de ser así. Las puertas no sirven hace tiempo, siempre hay una razón para que el complejo esté abierto 24/7, lo cual ya colaboró a que sufrieramos un robo hace unos meses.
