Toured the property a bit ago when trying to nail down a possible city to relocate to. While I didn't end up choosing Phoenix, I want to say for anyone considering the North valley area; this place would be top tier. The staff that greeted me were welcoming but in a genuinely warm way, not like Stepford staff. The individual who did my model tour (Diana) was deeply knowledgeable about the community and surrounding area. Like consierge level knowledgeable.
