Rude and unprofessional. First I emailed about a property I was interested in seeing, I got an email back saying to call the office and make an appointment, after two days of calling the office and having messages with no return call, I went into the office and the lady was very rude and told me she would not show me the property or any property because I didn't have an appointment.
