Apartments need to be gutted and renovated. Not move in ready. Good luck trying to move out without nonsense charges.
Lived in this apt complex for 5 and a half yrs. I have no complaints none what so ever. The staff/maintenance is excellent. Any problems or concerns are solved ASAP. The residents are friendly...the property is very well maintained and very quiet and pleasant. The Bosque Trail is right behind the complex..great for a good nature walk. My experience was great. Only reason I moved out was b/c I got another job out of town. Other than that. Would've lived there for much longer.
