I dont even know where to begin. HIgh rent and yearly increase is criminal, services are bad, had mold in my house two times, staff is rude A total rip-off for people moving into the country and inspite of having enough funds cant rent due to no credit rating. These guys offer housing VERY VERY expensive..now expensive we agreed to, huge yearly hikes on rent, and the fact that my apartment had mold issues multiple times, horrible for the health of my 2 small kids..and then without any rhyme or reason at the time of move out ... read more
