You guys must be allergic to answering the phone.
I had to come in to ask a specific question regarding a potential customer unique situation with their sewer lateral. As you come into their lobby, you are usually greeted by the information desk. We got there at 10:40 and there was no one at the information window between that time and 11am. No big deal, there is a self-serving computer where you sign in to be seen by the next available person, depending on your needs.
