Love Dr. Lai! She is extremely personable and is up to date with standards of care.
Dr. Lai has been our child’s pediatrician for the past five years, and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Lai has a deep understanding of pediatric care that instills confidence in us as parents. Additionally, Dr.Lai takes the time to listen to our concerns, making us feel heard and understood. This has been a very positive experience for all of us.
Dr Lai is not just a Doctor she is a kind human being whom loves kids and their wellbeing she want them thrive in life thank you for speaking to my 14 year old today. Means the world for me may the lord bless you always . Was a lil upset front desk ladies 2019 fee but talk to Doctor she is understanding and knows what is fair .
After being patients with our three children for the past year, I must share a disappointing experience with the office staff. Today, we received a call about a missed appointment, though no reminder was sent via text, email, or voicemail (I checked my phone records). When I called to discuss this, the office manager became confrontational.
