I left September 29th 2024 and from what I experienced ,The management who controls and operate the building they're nice but when it comes to getting your security deposit back they'll make sure they'll keep it by adding things to your bill so you won't get it back even though if the property is clean non-damaged and ready to be used the next then they tell you have to wait 30 days to get if you would get your security deposit back and they won't notify you the results either you would have to call them and see what's going... read more
The staff do nothing to help you when you have a problem and they are vary unprofessional the apartment was dirty and gross when we moved in the carpet was stained and the hard wood floor was scratched and had black marks all over they didn’t even vacuum the carpet most door were broken and the complex was dirty and smelled.
This place is a BIOHAZARD. There is a family with little kids living here they keep it clean and there’s BLACK MOLD brewing up in their bathroom. This has been here for months now and no one in the leasing office gives my family any answers they simply do NOT care. And it is also infested with roaches. Can’t even use the fridge because by the next day there will be roaches crawling all over your food inside the fridge and the stove
