If you complain about amenities that you cannot use or anything else for that matter, be careful how you do it. I lived there for six years, and there was no reason for them to not renew my lease. Living at the San Marin for 17-plus years, I can honestly say that the recent past and current management, administrative, and maintenance team genuinely care about the tenants and the property. Have a problem? You can always count on the manager and assistant manager to be always responsive, pleasant and eager to be helpful. Maintenance of the apartments and the property is excellent. I love our new home, the office staff, and Ron in Maintenance! He always does spectacular work and it NEVER has to be repaired again! Thanks Ron for a job Well Done… As Always!!! 🤩🤩 I recommend Broadstone Desert Sky Apartments and their awesome maintenance team!
Very horrible place to live management Lyric Torres and asst mgr Loren could care less about your well living there. Once you moved out even if apartment is left in good condition they will fine an excuse to not return your deposit, especially for senior citizens. Vandalism of vehicles is very high there and security could care less. Stay away as far as you can, I wish we would had known this before we took a lost.

This is an outstanding complaint on BBB that has not been resolved as of 5/8/2023. At this time, Las Colinas is illegally holding a portion of my deposit. The check I received totals 1383.21. I have provided attachment of documents from my lease that show the actual amount of my deposit. (Attachment is currently in the BBB complaint) Deposit totals are 1733.50. Read this before you take apartment in estancia. At the time of taking apartment it was warm welcome by office people. they were so nice to lure me into the apartment. Though the rent was high , I decided to move in here considering the community and location. There was roaches and couple of other issues in my apartment on the first day and I complained about it.
