We've lived at San Marin for approximately four years. It has been nothing but a phenomenal experience. The people at the front desk and the manager Shannon are excellent as is Rick and the maintenance crew. Between the staff, and the amenities - San Marin has it all and we cannot complain. It's walking distance to anything that you would need, and of course Old Town is right around the corner - which is an absolute blast. San Marin is in a great location, close to many hot spots to help my boredom. I only have positive things to say about the staff they are all extremely helpful! They also recently upgraded the amenities that make my stay much more enjoyable!! Great job San Marin team!
I never thought I’d be a person to leave a low review anywhere but I care about people enough to take these 2 minutes out of my day to tell you whatever you do, DO NOT RENT HERE. I am literally going through the worst time of my life with them. I had to do a transfer of lease to another unit and the way it was handled was less than professional to say the least. 1. Office management will add extra fees to your lease after you already provided documentation to justify the fee waivers for your ESA. Good thing I checked because... read more
