We moved to Scottsdale from New England and this was the first and only complex we toured. We have been here for 6 months and absolutely love living here. It’s incredibly dog friendly, clean, and the staff are so helpful. Calista, Shannon, and Archie always go out of their way to make sure we have what we need. The maintenance staff, especially Rob, are always happy and friendly. The pool and gym are always clean, service requests are always handled the same day, and it’s been a fantastic place to call home. Zero complaints.... read more

The maintenance and grounds team (reason for any stars) are solid but the management is a hassle. Inconsistent and arbitrary policies like decorations outside, towing or getting a replacement key fob even. I dread having to deal with them.
