The receptionist aren't kind or helpful just there to make a buck and the wait is ridiculous. My husband had to wait almost 2 hours to get his blood results and they never called me about mine. If your under staff then resolve it before wasting people's time. We did appreciate the nurse she was attentive and very kind. Dr was ok
