My wife has been a patient of Dr. Drew Polson for approximately 2 years. In an attempt to establish a Primary Dr. at San Marcos Family Medicine (2406 Hunter Rd. Ste 106) my experience was less than unprofessional. I called the office to let them know I had filled out the paperwork on the website and made arrangements to drop it off at office. While waiting outside, someone finally showed up at the front door, saying they were receiving 700 calls a day due to COVID.
