I am currently 36 weeks pregnant, and my prenatal care — or lack thereof — has been absolutely horrendous. The front staff has been passive-aggressive and even gave away one of my appointments. When I reported the passive-aggressive employee who hung up on me, I was told she doesn’t even work at that location. At 33 weeks, I was finally scheduled to meet with a doctor.
