Very bad communication they replaced the cabin filter and intake filter plus other things when I went for an oil change the last time I went for maintenance and this time they said everything needs to be replaced so filters need to me changed every oil change? plus cleaning of fuel injectors on a brand vehicle and air conditioning system needs to be worked on when the vehicle runs perfectly

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2026 Ram 1500 from this dealership as our first major purchase together. Initially, the experience was positive. The sales process was quick, and everything seemed to go smoothly. Buyer beware!! I buy trucks frequently for my business and this dealership is the worst!! The salespeople were sleazy- but the service department is pure scum! I had 2 truck batteries replaced at the dealership (almost $1,000 which is wildly overpriced). They BOTH broke in a year but this dealership refused to honor the warranty. They told me I could bring the batteries in and get them replaced, but when I got there they said they needed the actual vehicle.
