I highly recommend going elsewhere, I've been going back and forth with not only the dealership but Chrysler for years. & I thought, well maybe it's just unfortunate, I have multiple family members who went through a similar experience. Talking with the GM - Russell / Alex, Melissa, etc. No help whatsoever. My car has been in and out of the shop, 2-3 months at a time, multiple times, and not to mention with only 15K-20K miles, & still numerous issues. I was definitely a handful throughout this whole process! I didn't answer every call or text unless I thought it was going to be a really good deal, and I even walked away twice. But Rhett never gave up on helping me find the right vehicle. I needed to upgrade because my previous car was too small for my family. I didn't want to buy something brand new because of the price, but I also didn't want a vehicle with a lot of miles. I just want to give my huge shout out to Rhett (sales), Ray & Robb (service), for all of their help and time they gave me today. They were all wonderful and treated me so well.
Horrible management. Our salesman was a really great guy, but the manager Jason was rude and condescending when my wife and I inquired about vehicles. The salesman apologized on his behalf, and when I gave the dealership a second chance the next day, Jason approached the previous bad experience in full defense mode. Jason was more concerned about his ego than selling a vehicle.
