If I could rate this place with no stars, I would. I have been living here for 2 years now, our lease is ending at the end of this month and I couldn't be happier to get out of this place. We moved in 2 years ago into a one bedroom and the rent was approx $1700. Now as we are moving out 2 years later, our rent is almost $2100. That's for a ONE BEDROOM. IN BAY POINT. Crooks!! They stole my mother's money! Said they had to clean the apartment after she left, LIES!! My mother, my daughter and I cleaned that apartment literally from top to bottom! My mom even removed screens to clean them and the windows because of the construction that was going on around at the time, everything was layered with dirt. It was left cleaner than when she moved in. They didn't even clean the carpets before she moved in. We took pictures to prove it. I told her to take them to court! Hopefully she will.
