Absolutely the worst service every! I am not sure at all what the purpose of having an office manager is, if they don't do anything when it comes to insurance billing issues. To be told "I never looked at your card, I just photocopied it and put it in your file" is absolutely ludicrous. This was by far the worst service I've received from a specialist office by far!
