San Marco is centrally located super close to I95 and the turnpike and is very close to shops and restaurants. It is a gated community divided by a lake from the opulent Broken Sound Country Club. My advice right off the bat would be to run from this place, moving here was a terrible mistake. Before i start, i want to state that we had a puppy that chewed a 3 inch spot on the carpet on the stairs by the front door, this will be important later. My ex and i moved in at the end of 2018, we ignored the warning signs of the reviews that we now wish we listened to because they were 100% right.
