Unfortunately, I have to side with all the negative comments. I’ve called and no answer even though I was the first caller on the que, then had to call a second time to get an answer to where they said they’d give me a call back. I still haven’t received a call back. I find this very stressful and unprofessional on their part with me being a first time mom and all. This is ridiculous. Why are us mothers left to stress while they get paid to sit down behind a desk and do nothing?
Both my primary care physician and my OB/GYN are amazing! The staff are very nice. Highly recommend this facility and the physicians.
Staff is rude, lazy and unprofessional. You will sit and hear them gossip about each other. I see an midwife Elizabeth N. She is horrible, I am already on my second visit with her and its literally been a waste of time. She could careless about anything going on, she hasnt been able to figure out any of my issues at all. Its concerning that she works here, she also ask that you never to go to the ER, which I could careless I will always go if I need to. Called 8 times…. No answer… I had one person transfer me but still no answer…. It’s really ridiculous at this point. There needs to be a better system for this
Front desk doesn't know what there doing at all locations they are rude and do not give out paper work in Spanish not English.
