I’ve been unfortunate in that my hopes of getting back to normalicy with just pt are not gonna happen without surgery first. I’m now concentrating on keeping the muscles strong and stretched to aid a quick recovery after Sx. I really like the format of this place though as you keep the same therapist and therefore good continuity.
I am going to Physical therapy at Movement for Life. I have been going about three weeks and I am there for a torn meniscus in my knee. I am very happy with the progress of healing that my knee is making with the given exercises and treatments from the therapist. I am scheduled to continue for 6 to 8 weeks and hope to have a full recovery. Everyone that works in this clinic seems very professional and kind. This is a follow up to the above post.
