RecommendedI broke my ankle on January 26, and have been seeing Jennifer at San Luis Sports Therapy. Yesterday, we did a Tele-visit...and it went great. I had some questions about moving forward with my recovery, and she was able to give me some new stretches and exercises. Recovery doesn't stop because of the Covid-19 crisis, and Tele-visits make it safe and easy to continue getting healthier and stronger. It was easy to set up and so helpful.
This is the place to go to get better when you are injured. I have always had great physical therapists that are very knowledgeable. Not only have they helped me get better but I’ve learned a lot too!
After I broke my wrist and required PT, the therapists at the Templeton facility were great! Very knowledgeable, helpful and had fun personalities. Their therapy was very effective and helped me regain full use of my wrist. My thanks to Mike, Mark, Troy and Robert.

Mike Smith and his team are superior hand specialists and have helped me regain almost 100% of the use of my hand after surgery!
If you have had surgery as in Carpal Tunnel always go to a specialist to repair your hands. Mo Es the repair time in half. Mike and Mark in Templeton are very helpful. I cut my time in half and now have full use of both hands! Thank you Mike and Mark.
