5 STARS! The ladies in this office are EXCEPTIONAL. Tara + Heidi went above and beyond to help me; I felt SO SEEN and supported. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don’t blame the doctor for not being able to fix my issue but the billing department is an absolute nightmare. They would never respond when we had questions about invoices after calling multiple times and then after hearing nothing for months we got a debt collection notice. Would never return here, not because of the doctors but because the administration was so unresponsive and poorly run when we were actively trying to pay our outstanding balance. The podiatrist I saw was giving used car salesman vibes. Didn't order xrays or PT, just told me to buy a $70 shoe insert he sells and go to the Running Warehouse and buy expensive shoes (he mentioned the Running Warehouse so many times, he must be getting kickbacks). Do not recommend. Giving 2 stars because front desk staff were friendly and professional.
