The front office staff is horrible. The back office med assistants are worse. They are not adequately able to explain things to a patient. They get mad if you ask for clarification. They are more mad if you decline their suggested procedures. It's all about making money for the house. I'm betting positive reviews are from friends & relatives. This office is definitely not a good fit for senior citizens, children, the neurodivergent or disabled. They do procedures even if you decline, saying "just sign here" without a patient... read more
