Dr. Saenz is great. He explains everything, lets you ask questions. The billing office, not so great.
Dr Saenz and all the staff at the clinic are knowledgeable, kind, professional and super friendly. Dr Saenz is extremely professional and made me feel comfortable at all times. I highly recommend this clinic.
Dr. Saenz is thorough and understanding. The office staff are easy to get in contact with and they are efficient with scheduling.
Terrible Dr. operated on my mom in June of 2024. And by the time of this comment July 20th 2025 she is still dealing with complications due to her hernia repair surgery. Well just yesterday July 19th 2025, my grandmother unfortunately passed away due to complications from her hernia repair surgery, which was also done by this same Dr. Dr Rolando Saenz, My grandmother had her surgery on June 13th 2025, she just passed away yesterday July 19th 2025. I would not trust this Dr to operate on you.
