My husband and I contracted with San Lorenzo Floors to replace all floors in our new home and I regret it. The crew they subcontracted with, delayed the completion 5+ times. We were originally told the job would be done Friday, then maybe Saturday, then Monday afternoon, then Monday midnight. Midnight is when we found out they wouldn’t be done until the next day. Came to the store, have a guy look up on one of the floor prices. He said to give us a text back on the floor prices. Never did. Bad customer services in my opinion.
They need to update the warehouse safety. No training for new staff and unsafe warehouse standards are unacceptable! If you apply for a job in the warehouse, beware! No training, no safety requirements, equipment is too large to maneuver to obtain any items to fulfill orders.....but front staff are GREAT-(eyeroll)..booooo!
Johnny has been so helpful with helping us coordinate the purchase and installation of flooring for our new acupuncture clinic. The timing has been really important because we need the job done by a specific date, and Johnny has gone out of his way to help us, even taking calls on his cell in his days off. I honestly thought he was the owner because he is so good! Thanks Johnny!
