Came in for a cleaning as a new patient and they requested my medical history from my primary care provider, told them I haven’t visited a PCP since I moved to this country and instead got a lecture of why I should be visiting a doctor. They refused to perform the dental cleaning which I understand, they don’t want to be liable for anything, however they make you sign and fill out forms where you state that you do or don’t have allergies or any other illnesses, then why do they make you fill out those forms for? Pain free procedure and staff is very attentive.
Dentists and Dental Assistants are excellent and nice. The front end is a different story. They are nice up front but very UNPROFESSIONAL in returning calls and scheduling. Left several voice messages to 2 offices but did not get back to me until several weeks. They kept scheduling me without prior coordination and, they just cancel and move appointments without any coordination to the patients. If you have the patience for inefficiency, be my guest.
