Got sent an outrageous bill despite having paid in THE office, was told by the reception to ignore since I already paid, kept getting the bill. Being threatened to collections even though it's been almost 11 months of me asking for clarity on the bill. I keep calling them and they keep telling me they'll call me back with answers (which they don't), one time they left me on hold for 30 minutes and I had to call them again.
