Not sure why some people had a bad experience here. we lived there for a year and it was a nice place to live and the staff were great with me and my kids.
100% scam leases. Much more expensive and less quality than other apartments in the area. Laundry isn’t included and has gone up consistently every other month. Frequent power outages. Edit: staff unresponsive and are never onsite. They allow huge groups of college kids to live in single apartments and never enforce quiet hours with noise violations. Amazing place to live answer sad to be leaving next year Amazing staff
I have live here at sheridan apartments for almost 3 years and is a great place. They always respond to your maintenance request on time and very friendly and helpful staff. Also is like 5 mins from base so works perfectly for military people. Highly recommend, also you are walking distance from Walmart and Sams so is very convenient for groceries.
