Wonderful apts in a park, friendly neighbors/helpful staff! – I have never before lived in a place as wonderful as this. Been here over a year now, and - management is helpful, maintenance is lightning-fast, capable and kind, and the other tenants are friendly, sociable and actual *neighbors*. Very unfreindly, Unprofessional, closed minded people – if you do not have perfect credit, and great credentials, forget it, do not even think about it. Manager is closed minded, staff does not know what they are doing and give you wrong information. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Over Priced apartment complex with rude management – This is a horrible place to live. I have been living at the San Leandro Racquet Club for almost a year and I would not recommend it to anyone. The management lures you in by showing you a beautiful apartment that is much larger than what you actually rent. They are never available to answer any questions or for repairs. And have the worst policies I have ever heard of before. Rent is due on the 1st and they only give you a 2 day grace period. If rent is not received by the... read more

Horrible Management! – The owner replaced excellent management and office staff with unprofessional, rude and an uncaring staff. I lived there for almost 2 years it was great in the beginning but I couldnt wait to leave after the office turn over. Don't move there you will regret it.
