Terrible customer service. My mother bought a car through the almost two months ago. She got a grant from a program. There has been no communication. Regional director is a jerk he told her that he is sending the grant money back. When she talk to finance they indicated they received the funding but didn’t know if it was on Honda side or Nissan side. I bought my car in February from Mazda.
