Worst experience at this place. If there is option for zero, this place deserves a zero. Totally two different faces between when we we went there buying a car and when we went back for service. They tricked us to buy the warranty for free service so now we stuck with this place. After we called and booked appointment, they first canceled our appointment. Ivan, Omar, and Isaac made it a great car buying experience for me. They all work together well which is a plus. I test drove a couple of cars with no problem. They were very knowledgeable. No pushy sales tactics. They worked with me on price. I gave them four stars because I came in with a specific inquiry for anti-theft properties. It was important to me because my previous car was stolen. I was told that the Carnamic group had tracking devices in all their cars.
