Ken was amazing. He stayed late with me and was bet patient and knowledgeable answering all my silly questions. He's an asset to the team I'm sure
Absolutely horrible customer service, complete lack of communication. To make matters worse, after 4 days of not hearing back, they finally tell me the car is ready. I show up and they hadn’t even done a test drive, so I had to test myself and the problem persisted, so I wasted my time and money showing up for nothing. Not to mention, for the second time, I arrived and the car is dirtier than when I dropped it off.

Just had our Sportage Hybrid in for the 15,000 mile service. Staff were professional and friendly. Maintenance was completed on time and at a fair price. It isn’t the closest Kia dealership to home, but worth the extra drive. A new showroom/office facility is under construction, but the minor inconvenience is more than offset by the great service.
