The service department dont know how to operate well. I recommend not to ever go for any inspections or any services because they can make you pay for the services than they dont go through their promises in the first place. They put new parts supposedly and still received my car how it was before bringing in the car. They dont do any effort to make your problem easier or even take a refund. The sales consultants dont answer their calls. Either they make an excuse not to go on with your problem such as being on leave.
Horrible service and customer interface. Absolutely NO WORDS to describe their unbelievable lack of honesty, service, rudeness, and communication. My car has been there for TWO WEEKS and NO ONE has called me or returned my calls. I've left 29 messages in this time, and called customer care at the ************************** number, it took them a week to get a guy that wrote to me and called me the next day to tell me HE WAS GOING TO CALL THEM. Fraud or scam. Hyundai had recall for transmissions, I only requested transmission recall service. They took my car apart a ND removed the catalysconverted said I had to pay ********, I said no, I had others mechanics questio Pyo as to what does that gave to do wi u h transmission. I never asked or approved for them to do any work to my car. He left the pRt in my car I didn't know this, he refused to give me my key, he gave it.
