At Good Sam they always treat the clients and pets with respect and professionalism. Jan at the front desk is so helpful and pleasant. Been a loyal client for about 10 years now.
They are so fanststic and very helpful and been there all ofmy family with pets all my life
The friendly staff at Good Sam is excellent from the front desk staff to the vet techs in the back. The vets always answer all my questions and thoroughly explain all the treatment options and I never feel like I am being rushed out or brushed off. I really appreciate the call backs after treatment too. I would never take my pets anywhere else.
I took my 19yezr old cat Merlin in and was really surprised at the reception we received! Everyone was nice and caring and seemed to genuinely care about merlin and the other pets that were there .i am very happy to have gone here.we will be back in a week.
Thank you guys so much for taking us in on a short notice with our kitten that we found yesterday in the bushes. All stuff was so awesome. Definitely gonna recommend you to everyone.
