They are extremely pricey and the communication in the office is really lacking. If you leave a message by phone, even in urgent matters, and are assured a call back, don't count on it. If you send them an email through their website, you'll also get no response. Same thing with facebook messages. They have several vets, so I can't comment on their competency as a whole. But one vet recommends never to use another vet... it's just so touch and go there, I can't recommend them.
