Closing on my first home as a single woman was supposed to have been a joyous occasion. Although I am not unhappy overall with San Juan Title, I will not do business with them again if I can avoid it, and, if I must, I will specifically request to not have to deal with Dusty. Because of COVID-19 precautions, it was just Dusty and me. He spoke to me in title company jargon instead of in layman terms and did not make an attempt to speak to me in simple English.
