Wait time sucks, waited for 4 hours and still never got called with only 5 people in waiting room. My son never got seen for a fever and heavy breathing but yet another sick kid came in 30 mins before we left same symptoms and got taken in immediately So ridiculous do better SJR MC
Worst hospital, U will literally wait over 5+ hours to be seen. They seem to not care at all. But just give u pain meds and send u on ur way.
Got here at 6pm, for a friend at emergency room, still siting and waiting at 1am for a damn CT scan report! omg! does the scan have to be delivered and driven back from albuquerque at this rate !!! should have just gone to Durango, least i prob would have been in bed at home by 10pm
I have zero stars to give. My 73 yo dad just spent 3+ hours in the ER waiting room, triaged 3xs with a level 3 pain & nothing was done. My mom sat there for 7 hours just 6 months ago. What is going on??? DO BETTER!!!!!!! If it was your parent, you would care.
