Best money we have ever spent! My husband has suffered from hearing loss for years!. Luke was very helpful and professional when assessing my husband's loss. There was no pressure to purchase the aids- he allowed Dan to do trials with the different settings to find the ones that worked best for him! He has always been very responsive and speedy when Dan had problems with the aids! He also did a fantastic job with elderly parents! Very patient and thorough with his explanations!

I would recommend this facility to anyone expecting a warm welcome with fresh faces, friendly welcoming and professionalism !! The front desk lady helped us with our appointment dealings and also had a kind and professional manner about her. We were brought out of the waiting area within just a few minutes, very little wait time.
