Had a lumbar puncture procedure (spinal tap). They did not follow my neurologist’s orders and didn’t do the right testing. Now because they didn’t pay attention I have to do another spinal tap. Complete incompetence.
Very good service, fast and efficient
Small intestine blockage. Promptly thru Urgent Care, Emergency Room, and into treatment. Nursing staff were sympathetic and awesome, Tamara helped discomfort of NG tube with common sense alignment of neck and ice, and with both traveling and SJC I felt well cared for. ER doc was great follow up too, helped me organize post release follow-up with specialist
