Have had to go through a lot of tests from a MRI to Pet scans , and every other scan there is. All were done very professional. Fast, polite, all about my comfort. One thing I figured out was pre-register. Makes things run much smoother. Like in and out smoother. And have patience. Their working as fast and as efficient as possible. Just try to remember, your not the only one there. Good luck and smile. It goes a long way.

I arrived at the last minute of the day for the e. K g department. Yet they had a backup plan and 2 nurses from another department took my e. K. G in about fifteen minutes once all the check-in paperwork was done. I am especially grateful because the drive to the hospital takes two hours.

My registration was a bad experience. The clerk was rude and continued to make bad remarks regarding my primary care facility. I had to ask her " are you denying me health care?" Her supervisor had to speak with her and when she finally completed my registration, there was no smile or courtesy.

The care, respect and treatment was amazing. The nurses, Amber, Sherry, Chantal was excellent. The respiratory team was awesome. The blood staff were incredible. The Dr.s, Shawna Frost and David were clear on my health issues. The dietary team were kind and caring. I don't want to leave out the E.R. team. They jumped into action quickly and assured my comfort. The whole team was excellent. I don't remember all the names. I would like to say thank you for everything you did for me.
