We purchased a San Juan pool 5 years ago after my parents owned one for 30+ years that I grew up swimming in and then my kids also swam in. We have been happy with the quality of our new pool and recently had a repair done. I was referred to AP Fiberglass Pools by the manufacturer, San Juan Pools. Unfortunately AP has about 14 active ROC complaints - they took 90% of our money illegally (Arizona has payment requirements for all pool installations including fiberglass to protect consumers), and did very little work. We have a giant hole with a rotting pool after 18 months. They have not been honest with us. They avoid us unless they want more money, and they still haven’t even obtained our permits.
