I have been living here for a few years now and I love it! One of the many things that I love is the quietness of the apartments. Another thing that I love about the Vineyard apartments is that I feel safe. I don’t have to worry about the safety of my family. Finally, I love the STAFF (especially PAM!!) because she is very down to earth and I could talk to her about any issue that I might have. She rocks because she gets things done! I would definitely recommend living here.
Hello. I have lived at River’s Edge Apartments since September of 2012. The management team has always been top notch. Especially Kelly Welch. She has taken great care of me over the years. I recently have taken a promotion with my job to the Bay Area. I unfortunately will have to move out in the next few weeks. Kelly has been so accommodating with this transition! The apartments here are great, for the most part the neighbors are great, management and maintenance has taken care of every issue we've had no questions asked. Lots of trees and greenery, and lots of natural shade. Very dog friendly, we love going on walks around the property and there are plenty of dog waste stations all over so no matter where my dog goes, I can clean up after her. Would definitely reccomend Meritage to anyone looking to move to Lodi!

I’ve been living here for a year. I previously knew of this apartment from working for a family that lives here. It has always been quite and clean. Great management and maintenance. The property is affordably priced. It’s a great community to be in and I recommend it for the community aspect; adorable, clean, safe, and quite.

2 years ago, i moved to Sacramento from the midwest. Fortunately, I came across San Juan Hills Apartments and immediately noticed how the entire property was well managed and taken care of. From the pool area to the laundry room, everything was in order and neatly maintained. The neighbors were all friendly and the apartment itself was terrific.
