only sells one product, very confrontive. Gets angry if asked questions. Spends his time telling you how educated he is, how great his equipment is (Common stuff off the internet), how much it costs, and that he won't work beyond the minimum required by ins. co. I hope anyone who reads this will believe me when I say that there is no comparison when it comes to hearing aid places in town. San Juan Hearing Center backs up what they say with action. I have worn hearing aids for years and my new aids have far surpassed the ones from a competitor a few years ago and my new aids were $2000.00 less. I won't go anywhere else when it comes to my hearing and hearing aids.
I have needed hearing aids and have been exploring my options for the last several months. I have been to three different hearing aid places trying to decide what aids I need and want to buy. After visiting San Juan Hearing Center I felt I got the best information and didn't feel like I was getting a "sales job". There pricing was much better and after purchasing hearing aids Tim was there for the few adjustments I needed to get things just right. I would recommend San Juan Hearing Center.
This is my second set of hearing aids I have purchased from San Juan Hearing Center in the last 7 years and I am amazed at the improvement in technology that allows me to connect and hear my world. Tim Jones has always been extremely helpful in helping me sift through all of the many options available in hearing aids today. Him and his staff have always been pleasant and have answered any question or concern that I had. I would recommend San Juan Hearing Center to anyone with hearing loss living in the Four-Corners area.
