Everybody at this office is very awesome very sweet and I'm so glad I got recommended to go there I would recommend anybody to go back to this office everyone's very friendly and generally cares so thank you
The office people are very nice, Jessica and Thomas are my favorite people. Misty or the administrator, does not know how to talk to people. I am having trouble with seeing my therapist, and I was supposed to see him every week or two weeks, then I started to get pushed to three weeks then monthly. I called to ask for help, and all she did was argue with me, kept asking me what do you want me to do, like it's my fault. She never apologized, and kept making excuses. Thomas a counselor from San Juan Wellness was condescending and judgemental. Really hurt my feelings and did not have empathy for my situation. So sad.
