RecommendedI needed a root canal. Dr. Hoopes was recommended by our local dentist. What a great experience! Minimal discomfort~ day one no pain! Everyone was helpful and friendly. The dental massage chair didn’t hurt my experience either! Thank you for the wonderful care you took of me!
The doctor was very nice and helpful. Not a good experience with the receptionist. Very unfriendly and rude. Unprofessional in response to my review. I did not speak of the diagnosis’s or prognosis’s. My review was on the attitude of the receptionist and her phone edict. But to speak of the patient in detail is wrong and against the law. She made my review personal. Like I said in the post it’s because I am Native American.
