I can't begin to explain how amazing this company has been during a time of need! What amazing people to work with! Their entire staff is professional, honest, hard working and very caring!
The whole team is AWESOME. Excellant service from start to finish. Took care of my nightmare moving shipment that the movers stored improperly and was moldy. They cleaned my 1700's antique furniture, silk rugs and 150 year old heirloom quilts that I had thought were destroyed. Latanya and Jenny took excellent care of my property and made sure it was cleaned to perfection. Keith personally made multiple visits to make sure everything was cleaned. The guys at Servpro were awesome. So professional and friendly. We woke up to a flooded house (after a waterline broke) and within a few hours they showed up and took care of everything. They took pictures for the insurance and walked us through everything they were doing. I would use them again in a heartbeat (but cross my fingers I wont have to). When Paul came to get the dehumidifiers and fans, he even gathered all the towels we had laid out on the sidewalk and put them in a pile on my porch for me. Seriously awesome!
