Friendly service by Gilbert however the paperwork process of renting a space is like nothing I’ve experienced. Gilbert joked that people often comment “I’m not buying a house” which is very understandable. We were happy that they offer ground floor with fair pricing, but concerned to find a homeless person camping inside the unit when we arrived. Couple that with the fact that we can’t use our own code lock, and we have to use a keyed lock with the key held by the staff. We also appreciated the use of a free moving truck. Ov... read more
