Gilbert was super helpful and nice! Wasn’t pushy and encouraged us to get the right unit for us without over spending. He even encouraged us to check out his competitors to see if they had had a better space for our neeeds. We looked somewhere else but Pouch was a lot cleaner and nicer in general.
Gilbert is always so helpful and kind. I have been a renter here for several years and he always is so helpful with anything I need!
I have rented storage space at this facility for many years. The staff, including Brandy, Don and Gilbert are very professional, friendly, thorough and they address any issues immediately. Not that any issues ever arise. The facility itself is kept in "brand new" condition. It is always freshly painted and kept spotlessly clean. Even the sub contractors that come in to do maintenance and repair work are courteous and quick to clear the way for tenants. Pouche Storage is the ONLY place to rent storage space in my opinion.
