Been to a few different restaurants downtown, and NONE of the employees had gloves on. Obviously, they aren't doing their job.

Been to a few different restaurants downtown, and NONE of the employees had gloves on. However, when they are doing a site check out out place, they constantly give us grief for the most ridiculous things that make little sense if you truly understand sterility and bacteria. While we do wear our gloves and this isn't about us not wanting to wear them, but there is no consistency with these people. Furthermore, their inspectors expectations vary wildly. SJBPH employee Brian Devine tried to force me to leave a public meeting at the library for taking video of people in public. He attempted to bully me out of the meeting for exercising my 1st Amendment right.

Not reflective of the whole operation, but the water quality valley girl was, no help, condescending, sneering. Bad attitude. I asked two brief questions about water quality in the Animas River; now and in the late 50's and early 60's when I was a little kid using innertubes to go from Animas City to Durango and beyond. Have worked with them numerous times, although, it's a bit more on the "unpleasant" side of things as getting "inspected" is not something that restaurants jump for joy about. Having been in new places there is always a "getting used to" aspect of working through the layout. Our experience has always been one of education rather than an "I got you" type of situation.
