Flea allergy! Super Service I took my 2 year old pittbull to the San Jaun clinic this month. I do believe the doctor we saw was Dr O'keefe he was wonderful, along with his staff! Didn't try to up or over sell us! He was straight to the point on what he though was needed to treat my poor babys allergy. Also answered all my question, He also didn't rush took his time! I will continue to go there for all my animals! I dont feel like they were all that expensive either!

DDR I had mixed emotions. I felt the doctor was a little or not really concerned and more about making money instead of concern for the owner and their family pet. A little to casual for the issues I was having with my pet. I was very upset with my baby girl's condition and did not walk away feeling like they did everything that could have been done or suggestions made to improve her quality of life. good vet The Prices they charge Have SKYROCKETED .. Watch out always ask for an estimate before you drop off your pet.. I feel as many do

Excellent! Everyone has the right to their own opinion. I do agree that the prices are a little high, but I have been taking my pets to Herschel for many years and the many years of service there did not even compare to the service at San Juan Animal Hospital.

very good Doctors I too feel the prices have gone way up! On the other hand the Doctors are very good, They were able to save my poodle after she ate a sago palm seed and almost died. Can you really put a price on your pet? I have used this vet for over 30 years! they do tend to have staff turnover. I miss the old days when your pet wellbeing was more important than money to the staff.

Ridiculous Im still steaming about what happened about a week ago. Its obvious when you check out just how lacking the staff is in empathizing with their customers. They are more concerened about the dollar and what they can get you for. More for upselling and lack of empathy for the customer and their pet. Prices have definitley inflated not only on product but services. Don't ever go in on a Saturday even if you are one of the first people in the door. The Greatest Doctors.s and staff I love this animal hospital. not much they can't do. I know they are constantly trying to refine their practice and make it more comfortable for me and give me greater service for my vet budget. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit But I never feel like they have skimped time on my animals just because the waiting rooms full.
