What a relief! I have an outdoor cat who has been "kicked out" of two animal hospitals for her "bad behavior". However, when I took her to San Juan Animal Hospital, they were confident and capable of handling her. She still has her attitude, but they're able to get all of the tests (i.e., blood, x-rays, etc.) in a matter of minutes. What a relief!
Cat too Also, my cat loves it there too! Yes, she still hides when she knows I'm trying to find her, but once she's there she's good to go!
Great Vet, a little pricey Dr. Mannix is wonderful, as are the assistants in the office. Dr. Mannix loves animals and it shows, (although he has a booming voice that is a little scary for my scared cat!). He always calls personally with test results. I really like this office, the only negative is that it's pretty pricey.
Excellent animal hospital I have been taking my pets to Dr. Mannix for 16 years now. He and his staff are extremely knowledgable and friendly. Dr. Mannix always lets me know exactly what will be happening to my pets and prepares estimates a head of time for surgeries so there are no hidden fees. I would never take my pets anywhere else!
Schnoodles Need Love too I was extremely impressed with the care my schnoodles, Churro and Mrs. Ramen Noodle, received at this facility. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Ramen, who often has anxiety issues with strangers, seemed to feel quite comfortable with Dr. Mannix. He had a soothing effect on them both and I will definitely be returning for any future veterinary care my sweet babies will need!
shame on him I took a sick dog here, after running numerous checks $$$$ this guy came sold me medications, our dog only lasted one more night, not long enough to use any of the medications. He was very pricey and we now have our trash can full of the snake oils that we were sold. Shame on Dr. Mannix! if he didn't know what was happening with our dog he should have, that is why I was willing to pay way too much for his opinion.
Pug love My two pugs, Lola and Roxy, absolutely love Dr. Jack! They start wagging their tails and barking the second we turn into the driveway! They love the hugs from the tech's and the excellent care from their doctor. And, the treats at the end probably help!
