horrible service If you could rate with negatives I would. The customer service is horrible. For two nights I waited for the promised arrival of a repair tech and no one showed between the time promised. The excuse " we are short staffed" then don' make promises you can't keep. When I asked to talk to a supervisor the operator copped an attitude. The supervisor JOSH was less then helpful when questioned about the arrival of the repair person.
