San Jose Water has the WORST customer service I have experienced in utilities services. Not sure who hurt them or why they are so rude. If they only took a min to just listen to the customer before assuming, am sure things would be much better. At least be nice to the nice customers. Management, please do something.
You really add fluoride to the water to help our teeth?? Why, when it says that excessive intake causes health problems like nausea, seizures, thyroid issues, weakens bones.. Besides that, the price isn't too bad.. and customer service over the phone is helpful.
The water service charge is unbelievably expensive, and there’s no explanation of where exactly the service fees are being spent. No one will leave their address on google review. However, I have sent an email to customer.service@sjwater.com today with title Inquiry Regarding Significant Water Bill Increase. Please check with your support team and reply to the email for discussion.
Greedy utility company (aren't they all?) We have no choice but to use them since our local politicians signed the contract with them. Isn't it hypocritical that the government & local government has been sueing large corps like Google, Microsoft, etc. for antitrust and monopolies but they have been doing it themselves by signing contract with all these utilities companies to provide residences with utility services which we have no choice but to use them for our necessities.
