******DISPLACED 100+ TENANTS FROM THEIR PARKING***** I am a tenant at Cedars Apt in Campbell. SJ Water is dragging their feet in completing our driveway (they have a long open trench) which is preventing us from being able to park in our parking spot(s). They are displacing tenants who are elderly (since they have taken away handicapped parking) and other mobility-challenged tenants. San Jose Water has raised service fees not to improve water quality or infrastructure, but to fund executive salaries and cosmetic website updates. As customers, we pay for water — not to support bloated executive compensation or irrelevant digital projects. These rising service fees are unfair and unaccountable. We should urge San Jose Water to be transparent with how fees are used and to reduce or eliminate unnecessary charges. We recently moved and canceled our service (via an online form). San Jose water continued to charge us for service well after we left despite continued phone calls. The latest bill for two months of residential service was over $2K. Overpriced. Unresponsive. Rude. If they weren't a monopoly, they would fail quickly as a business. UPDATE - they continue to refuse to adjust the bill and we have filed a complaint with the CPUC,
