Boo on San Jose water Monopoly, the fees are robbery. They set non-negotiable rate fee should be distributed by usage. Tell me how it’s right that my water usage is $9 dollars in the service fee is $168 that’s absurd and very upsetting. I’ve called. They’ve told me it’s non-negotiable. I had an emergency on a Saturday. Water would not shut off. I had a customer with life sustaining challenges. San Jose Water works to the rescue. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation and made the necessary adjustments so I could get my customer back on line. Pesimo servicio al cliente, llamé para pedir que mis recibos fueran enviados por correo porque mi esposo esta enfermo y no puede usar su computadora y me negaron el servicio me pedian que enviara información personal (poder de un abogado) solo por pedir un recibo para poder pagar el bill.
