extremely poor customer service. Sent a CAP application on September; they promise a response in 72 Hours. Its October 30th and they claim never receiving my email. Absolute incompetence. I never realized how badly this company over charge until I moved to San Jose. They must stop the ridiculously high service fee. We are 2 people living in a townhome and got charged for around $320 for 2 months that's rubbery. The real water fee is just $14, I can't believe it just ridiculous
******DISPLACED 100+ TENANTS FROM THEIR PARKING***** I am a tenant at Cedars Apt in Campbell. SJ Water is dragging their feet in completing our driveway (they have a long open trench) which is preventing us from being able to park in our parking spot(s). They are displacing tenants who are elderly (since they have taken away handicapped parking) and other mobility-challenged tenants.
