Greedy utility company (aren't they all?) We have no choice but to use them since our local politicians signed the contract with them. Isn't it hypocritical that the government & local government has been sueing large corps like Google, Microsoft, etc. for antitrust and monopolies but they have been doing it themselves by signing contract with all these utilities companies to provide residences with utility services which we have no choice but to use them for our necessities. Never got a bill, just letters that they were sending me to collections that said that all attempts to reach me were unsuccessful. I had no calls, texts, emails. Customer service representatives were rude.
this water service is so scummy i want to switch! i was charged this beginning of the month 6/02/24 ($154). i got another billing for this month once again 6/23/24 now it is $231 because of the service fee??? i called customer service and they were so rude and told me the charges are every 2 months when obviously not if i am being charged twice a month!?
Keep raising up the water bill no matter the drought years or the year with enough rain.
