Boo on San Jose water Monopoly, the fees are robbery. They set non-negotiable rate fee should be distributed by usage. Tell me how it’s right that my water usage is $9 dollars in the service fee is $168 that’s absurd and very upsetting. I’ve called. They’ve told me it’s non-negotiable. I’ve reached out to the California utilities commission and filed a formal complaint. They said it’s non-negotiable

I had an emergency on a Saturday. Water would not shut off. I had a customer with life sustaining challenges. San Jose Water works to the rescue. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation and made the necessary adjustments so I could get my customer back on line.
