I've just started my dental restoration process with Dr. Defali I can say without a doubt, he's amazing!! Super friendly and keeps you from being nervous, talks you through the whole thing, and has amazing scheduling. THIS IS THE DENTIST YOU NEED TO SEE. Front Desk and Assistant are also equally as nice and helpful! I will be recommending everyone i know to this!!
If I could leave zero stars I would. Dr. Defaii comes off nice enough, his first impression leads you to believe he is trustworthy and will have your back when things go wrong. I learned the hard way this is not the case. I came to Dr. Defaii for the first time in January, I had a cleaning and x-rays. X-rays showed I needed some cavities filled so naturally I went with their treatment plan. After filling tooth #19 on the back left I immediately felt the bite wasn't right. literally the best dentist i’ve ever had. i even stayed with them while i lived almost an hour away for a few years. they work with me on scheduling, always make sure i’m comfortable, and do really quality work. absolutely zero complaints
